Help about L1 cache configuration in PPC 750

Hi,
From the hardware manual of PPC 750 I know how to config L2 cache, such
as cache size, cache frequency etc. But I want to know how to config
L1 Cache? For example, L1 data & instruct cache of PPC 750
are all 32KB, so how can I config it as 16KB each?

And I'm not sure why you'd want to do that particularly.
